13 Oct; Consolidating orders.

31 Oct; Shipment rejected by freight forwarding company due to terrible condition of the package. The parcel will be sent back to Forever21 for repackaging. (This is in case the parcel was tempered with along the way.)
6 Nov; Agent have called Forever21, and a lot of items were actually damaged during shipping. Hence, they will not be repacking the items for us. They will be refunding us the full value of our orders. However, it takes 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for our account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on our statement. We will proceed to refund all affected spree-ers of Spree 23 once the amount is credited, but please do be patient. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
20 Nov; According to agent, partial refund from Forever21 received. Agent have emailed Forever21 to ask why a full refund was not made.
25 Nov; Forever21 has forwarded agent's inquiry to their warehouse and accounting department. Please allow for 5-7 business days for the credit adjustment from Forever21 to be made.
04 Dec; It has passed the time frame given by Forever21 for the refund, yet no refund nor response from Forever21 has been received. We have emailed Forever21 again. We will be calling them up if there is still no reply by 10 December. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure all affected spree-ers that we will refund the full amount before the year is up, even if this means paying through our own pockets.
13 Dec; Agent have called up Forever21. The error in refund was because our order was wrongly processed for 'return' instead of 'damaged'. They have sent a report to UPS and will credit the refund once UPS confirms the damaged parcel. It will take 1-5 business days for UPS to verify the damage, and another 7-10 business days for Forever21 to credit the remaining refund.
18 Dec; I've received the full refund from agent. Emailed all spree-ers, please reply asap with your acct number. Thanks! ^^
